One of my favorite tea mixes for a holiday food overload

INSPIRATION, LIFESTYLE, & WELLNESS

Coffee by morning, tea by day, tea by night, and sometimes wine by night...That's where I'm at these days. A good routine like this has done so much good for my sanity in 2020. So the day before Thanksgiving I was getting my normal day tea fix and decided to amp up on the mixes to cure possibly cure the feeling that I often know to well for the day of Thanksgiving...fatigue!

So, if you are a tea reloader like me, you literally have a tea stack in your cabinet. I actually have one cabinet for caffeine tea and one cabinet for caffeine-free. I go off of my mood and taste buds when choosing which one I would have, but for this day it was all about the purpose. I know I wanted something for energy first and then comfort. So if you've seen my design boards on the website, you know I'm a mixer-matcher!

ENERGY & POSITIVITY

I mixed a green tea/mint bag with a positive energy tangerine flavor bag. Both were caffeine bags. The third packet I paired it with was a lemon vitamin C caffeine free bag.

COMFORT

....and honestly the same bags used for energy, like green tea already had the comforting factor of mint. The green tea and mint blend was bought like that. Add a little honey and done!

Hi! I'm T. Nicole a.k.a Designhangover, I'm a city girl who met country scenes early and fell in love with it.  I'm a sweet mix between city, country, and town living.  I've lived in Augusta, GA, Washington D.C. and currently a small rural area in South Carolina. I studied Interior Design and Architecture at my dream college.  Now I'm happy to be back between Georgia and Carolina with my family!
